In this plot we see the wind speed in a city as a function of the latitude. In general, the wind speed stays below 20 mph all around the world. In the southern hemispher, wind speed tends to decrease as we get closer to the equator. Contrary to the southern hemisphere, wind speed is higher in the northern hemisphere, and increses as it gets closer to the north pole.
